The British Union of Social Work Employees (BUSWE) voted to transfer their engagements to Community in early 2008.
Community now offers membership to all employees in the social care sector from social workers to employees of charities.
BUSWE operates as a Sector within Community responsible for the Social and Voluntary sector.
